Some fruit, milk and cereal for breakfast, sandwich bar for lunch, and prepared chicken or pork and rice for dinner. Still cheaper than eating out every night.

I’ve started braising meat on Saturday or Sunday then using the meat and sauce in various recipes throughout the week. It’s working really well. Need to refine my use for the leftover sauce, but easy way to make 3-4 easy meals through the week. Got the idea here:
