so, the other day I made these amazing halved cherry tomatoes marinated in shio koji, white pepper, rice vinegar, turbinado sugar, fish sauce & olive oil. like, they are truly delicious. stoned ass me just put a bunch of them plus the brine on some greek yogurt & mixed it up.

Start with the woks of life recipe, sub out the ground pork for grated or mashed tofu, and fry that shit hard. Use mushroom bouillon powder for the broth. I'm pretty sure you're vegan so those are my suggested subs. Add a tiny drizzle of sesame oil at the end for aroma. I also add white pepper.
