I had to cut it down to one upper day a week with my tendon injury and I think my most likely issue is gonna be delts… if I need to build again before prep so be it tho

I’m highly confident I’ve built enough tissue in my limbs and lats (back otherwise doesn’t matter much for my division but I think it will look pretty popping when I get down under 16ish bf).

My glutes clearly grew quite a bit but we’ll see if it’s really enough tissue. Same with delts.
