After letting my site go for months, I've finally gotten around to getting it back up and running. New design is based on MultiTerm, an Astro theme, though I've added my usual customizations like a CV/Resume style 'About' page and a custom "Buy me a coffee" donation feature.

Hi! Sorry about the delay. Yep, looks like it was. We had some bad storms roll in and lost power, looks like it failed to restart on its own.
I see an artistic video with a Kacey Musgraves song on it, I immediately like. Great work! โค๏ธ
You donโt like danger noodles? ๐ฅบ
Personal Data Server. Basically you put your data on your own server. You can find it on Blueskyโs GitHub.
PDS login finally works for me!
Heyo ๐
I propose splitting the state and incorporating the โblueโ area with Delaware. Delaware could use some more space anyways lol
The states from Virginia all the way up to Maine on the east coast would also like to participate ๐ฅฐ (except maybe Pennsylvania, they can't seem to make up their minds about who's side they're on).
Have fun! I just completed a network upgrade today. Something about tinkering with my home lab setup and adding shiny new gadgets gets me excited lol
Well, it went a bit longer than anticipated (I managed to forget to update my Proxmox node's static IP), but the maintenance is completed. Apologies to anyone using my services.
I will be doing some network maintenance today, so expect some of my services (including Bluesky feeds) to be unavailable for approximately an hour.
If you're not using my feeds, but you're interested in open source or homelabbing, check them out!

Thanks @moralcode.bsky.social for alerting me about my feeds not updating! If you were using my feeds and you noticed this too, it should now be resolved. I had to update the codebase.
Last year I dropped the ball and stopped posting after April, but I'm not going to let this happen again this year. I'll be posting tutorials, reviews, and my random thoughts. Looking forward to achieving this new goal I've set for myself.
I've moved my site over to Ghost (self-hosted, of course) and am introducing a new monthly newsletter for all my shenanigans. If you find my content useful, I've also created an option to support me using a paid membership tier.
Been using Kagi for nearly 2 years after a recommendation from @tiuxo.com. Havenโt looked back! The ability to derank certain sites alone is amazing.
Great breakdown, and I agree with your analyses ๐
She also started asking follow-up questions about things like the slippers, and who Elphie's dad is. Don't worry, I didn't spoil anything for her!
Mind you my mother doesn't have a great attention span for movies. She'll walk away to do something in the middle of movies a lot. But she didn't get up one time while Wicked was on. That says a lot, in my opinion. ๐
If there's a testament to how great of an adaptation Wicked was to film, let it be my mother's reaction. She hates musicals, but is absolutely invested in Wicked after I forced her to watch it. She was bummed when I told her Part 2 doesn't come out until later this year.
I got one a few weeks ago, and I agree completely. I got it because of the size. If it had the pro features though, itโd make me even happier. I hate that Apple feels it needs to compromise every little feature on these devices just because theyโre smaller.
Sincerest apologies for those using my feeds. My power was out for quite a while today and that meant my feeds went down.
I just sponsored Actual Budget. Go sponsor your open source dependencies!
