We went twice to Oleron! Brilliant! The kids program was great, and they can get initiated to sailing with no extra costs!
Reposting my offer for 1-1 mentoring for anyone… email me and we'll find a time! Especially happy to talk with those from diverse backgrounds and non-traditional career trajectories.
Merci David! Et q vous aussi!
2024 showcased the incredible support and love from my family! I am so lucky!
🎆Now, a day in 2025, i am confident and curious and excited! I am looking forward to discovering new things and meeting new people (and to more climbing, hiking traveling with my family 🚴♀️🏞️🧗♀️🤩
And my husband, for accepting the challenges of a move to a country he doesn't speak the language of, while going back and forth between Paris and Jena for his own work! 🚅
I am so incredibly proud of my family! My 6 and 8 year olds didn't speak German (though they understood) and started in a new school, new city, new friends, new language! And while there are challenges, they take them on like the strong, curious and kind girls that they are! 😘♥️🧡💙💚
I am indebted to my other colleagues in Product Management and beyond who welcomed me, and with whom I grow and have fun as well. They are such talented and kind people! 👏
I'm also proud of my S3D team, w whom I have built a trusting, open and growing relationship! I still find the time to exchange crazy ideas and discuss cool 🔬 developments around a ☕, some might even make it into a product, but those 💡 exchange fuel me!
🙏I am incredibly grateful to my manager, who is and has been incredibly supportive, open and trusting, as well as challenging me - I am looking to learn more from him in 2025 and beyond. I have seldom had the chance to work with such a leader, it is inspiring.
It was a year filled with challenges, learning the ropes, meeting new colleagues, training and get trained, and lots and lots of traveling back and forth between Paris (where my family lived), Jena and all over the place! It was a grueling year, exhausting yet invigorating, a balancing act!
This quote sums it up perfectly for me:
"A mind stretched by a new experience can not go back to its old dimension"(Oliver Wendell Holmes).
The past year marks my 1st year within #teamZeiss as Product Manager for the #LatticeSIM family, which was launched as I started, and which I have adopted!

💡I find it tough to create time to reflect, yet in the quiet, there is also an opportunity for creativity and thought, and new learnings.
So taking now the time to reflect on the past year, i am filled with immense gratitude 🙏 for what I got to experience.
Stoked to share TWO preprints on mitochondrial pearling! 🎉
We uncover how spontaneous #mitochondria pearling drives #mtDNA nucleoid distribution (doi.org/10.1101/2024...), and
