my one contribution to the discourse: until there is universal basic income and universal healthcare globally, you are gonna have to either fight for those things to exist or support indie animation with your dollars because we still exist in capitalism.

It's.. lunacy..
Can we sweet-talk Trump into banning private equity by accident?
..Yet?
Maybe in another few months..
I figure, next time I need to travel, I buy a horse, learn how to ride it, and do the long hard mountain trail over the Rockies.
It’ll be faster than that line.

It’s as easy as shutting your effin mouth!
And did I mention… it’s free?!
It is from the same author as The Martian, and has much the same tone and style, from what I hear. So there is precedence, but individual, not corporate.
I have achieved a burst of character rigging insight in Moho, one of those moments where all the parts of the tutorials I'm watching are adding up into a fully comprehensive plan for how to approach my character rigs for Ember Alley's complex, dynamic 2D characters, including centaurs and dragons.
So, is the way my computer chair always rotates clockwise whether I move my hips clockwise or counterclockwise (to rotate the casters and avoid leg-frame warp) a manifestation of the Coriolis Effect?
But as for the Legion, I guess some folks are sick of the "monstrous behavior justified for a greater good" retcon. Maybe the Legion revamp would neuter them, ideologically, or maybe the writers couldn't really handle the nuance and subtlety needed.
Still love to see it, tho.
I'd also see new classes and specs, ideally.
Warlord class for commanding NPC minions of your race or an allied one as a squad/unit, Tinker/Runemaster/Witch Doctor/Artificer totem/turret/minion support class.
Plus mounted combat specs for Paladin, DK, and Hunter that emphasize mid-range mobility.
I also wanna see big and less-humanoid races like Dryads/Keepers, Ogres, Nerubians, Tol'vir, Saberon, Centaurs, Sethrak, etc, but I just like to explore more varied body types.
Maybe there could be infiltration missions where you pose as a member of the H&A, with side stories in Legion perspective, or even intentionally tweak the Legion's actions throughout history to alter their nature away from pure evil? (Maybe that's even why bronzes or infinites help you go back?)
The thing that would make it interesting would be having to go back and tell the Legion's side of the story in older content like TBC, WoD, Legion, etc.
So, for Legion races, some of it, you cross over preexisting races and reskins from the H&A, red and thorny Fel Orcs, red Eredar, Felblood Elves, maybe Satyrs, Feltotem Tauren, Felskorn Vrykul, and for unique races, you could have Mo'arg/Gan'arg, Shivarra, Sayaad.
Add a splinter Legion as a playable 3rd faction, so we have The Grand Alliance, The New Horde, and The Reforged Legion. They might look like Good, Neutral, and Evil factions, but they're not.
I just got a killer idea for WoW, I don't think they'll ever do it, it has too much work involved, but it would absolutely revitalize the game and increase story potential, IMO.
Photos without context.
Dems are not a monolith with only one modus operandi. They are individuals. Corporate stooges oppose it, but not all Dems are stooges.
Prove it, then. Or are you gonna write me off too, without evidence?
And that is why you fail. Because you assume that if they are not 100% mirrors of your rage, that they willfully aided it.
Which is utter BS. You make everyone not standing in your exact shoes into an enemy in your head, and you never get anything accomplished but feeling victimized.
This is beautiful animation, and the use of the DragonHeart theme just makes it hit extra-hard.
(I love that film, one of my childhood favorites, especially after reading the screenwriter's novelization during a middle-school driving trip.)
That's not how I'd define Emo, but okay. Emo I see as an outgrowth of Goth, which DID define themselves as depressed. Emo was a little broader in their emotional spectrum, and I'd say is a descendant of both Punk and Goth, sort of between them in the emotional spectrum.
You have willfully misinterpreted what I've said with the insistence that I'm lying, rather than simply saying something with the intent of truth in a way you refused to agree with. You would rather assume malfeasance than allow for miscommunication or misunderstanding. You deserve your ignorance.
How many voting-age Americans didn’t vote, though? What’s the % on that, voters vs non-voters who could, but didn’t? It’s not an insignificant quantity.
Wild idea: Humanize the economy. Shift from a pseudo-gold standard for the definition of the dollar's value, to one defined by the citizen population's cost of living in the US. Base it on human existence rather than working output.
Born and raised there, moved to Seattle WA over a year ago. What of it?
Look at the totals for voting vs total vote-capable population. Look at the % of active vs inactive votes, and the % of Rep vs Dem voters, and tell me what that means for you.
More like a third, or less. Voting here is too noncompulsory, so we don't actually see half of the whole pop in voting numbers, just half of the half or so who DO vote. We are being ruled by a loud minority because too many folks are complacently ignoring what's happening outside their front doors.
Or it might all be part of the same societal rot.
Inference from experience in the industry, and those groups in particular, amongst longtime industry insiders, most likely.
