Thanks for sharing, will definitely check that out!
Correct, I'm building this myself. I'm planning out an MVP version of this others can use and privacy will be super important.
I have some landing page updates in the works and the emphasis on privacy will be part of that.

What I've built for myself so far is the workflows and automations that make my life easier.
I'd worry about training models if I validate that people would use and pay for a productized version of this.
But I agree, personally I'd want to prioritize a version of this that runs local first.
Gmail sidebar showing Inbox with 838 unread emails
Gmail sidebar showing Inbox with 7 unread emails
I had 838 unread emails.
Hyperfocus AI found the 7 that actually need action. Archived 831 (still searchable). Created filters & labels so my inbox stays clean.
20 minutes. Done.
Building this for solo founders with ADHD drowning in email noise.

Oh wow. I was not familiar with Polyphia. I had heard of them but had no idea this is what I've been missing.
I also got hooked on Chappell Roan 2 weeks ago.
The rock I live under is all-encompassing.
Day 1 of building Hyperfocus AI: Done.
Stop firefighting. Start leading.
Get back to strategic work that only you can do.
Five-person team leverage at a solo founder budget.

Had such a great time at the Startup Humboldt Lightning Pitch Clinic yesterday evening! Been a long time since I've pitched in front of a crowd. My knees were buckling 😂
Had someone come up to me after that was interested and got my first waitlist signup too. Such a great feeling!

2. /commit-session -> check all changes made in git, if changes require updating appropriate documentation (pipeline, todos, readmes) then do so, plan how to batch all changes into appropriately sized commits with descriptive messages, make all commits, push to remote.
Saves so much time
It's a tie between 2:
1. /start-day -> read pipeline, read todos, read any relevant client files, check last few git commits to see where work left off, then pass all that context into my 'priority-coach' sub agent that uses a custom framework to determine the 3 highest priority tasks to work on
The irony of needing to coordinate between my doctor's office and pharmacy on a monthly basis to fill scripts for meds that are frequently in shortage, but that I depend on daily to function consistently, all while struggling with executive dysfunction, is just TOO much

This is possible, but requires having both enough product sense & laser sharp focus to be able to differentiate between needs/wants & focus on JUST the needs. More often the fact AI makes building easier leads to bloated MVPs with features no one asked for, built on a base of unmaintainable code.
What are the kids using to stream nowadays? Still Twitch? YouTube?
Henry and Marie Doce take a selfie in front of the glass entrance door of the Cámara de Comercio Humboldt (Humboldt Chamber of Commerce). A white sign on the door says "¡BIENVENIDOS! WELCOME!" above the Chamber's logo, which features a rising sun over the name. Various flyers and posters are visible on the glass next to the sign. The man, on the right, wears a grey button-up sweater and a name tag that reads "Henry Paul [Humboldt]". The woman, on the left, wears a light-colored cardigan.
Had such a great time at the Inaugural Latinx Business Summit hosted by the Greater Eureka Chamber of Commerce & Cámara de Comercio Humboldt yesterday.
Excited about the interest in AI & looking forward to the opportunities to give back to this wonderful community in the near future! More to come.
A vibrant, futuristic graphic with a neon blue and purple grid extending into the distance, creating a tunnel or wireframe room effect. The text "Hyperfocus AI" is prominent in large purple letters on a light banner in the center, with "TOOLS FOR FOUNDERS" on a smaller, rectangular yellow-gold banner beneath it.
Have had some fun experimenting with #Canva this week! New company graphics and potential podcast artwork have been a nice, iterative improvement.

That is a really good point I hadn't thought of.... I won't be leaving that anymore!
I'm dying to talk about my #ClaudeCode setup, slash commands, agents, etc. with other people and learn how others are approaching their workflows. I need to connect with my fellow AI builders, where are you?!

A dark, dramatic image titled "Building While Burning" shows a solo founder fighting burnout at a desk late at night. Description: A man wearing glasses sits in a dark office, intensely focused on his glowing computer screens. He is typing one-handed while calmly holding a white coffee mug with the other. The environment is in a state of chaotic crisis, embodying the "This is Fine" meme aesthetic for startup life. Key Visual Details: * Monitors: Three large computer screens glow menacingly with a harsh red light. The central monitor dominates the frame with a large "500 Internal Server Error" message. * The "Burning": A small, active fire is blazing inside a trash can on the desk, and steam/smoke rises visibly from the laptop keyboard, symbolizing extreme stress and overheating. * Desk Items (Founder Reality): The desk is cluttered with an empty pizza box, empty energy drink cans, and a laptop displaying a small "This is Fine" sticker. * Theme: The overall mood is one of exhausted, determined focus amidst digital and literal chaos. * Text: "BUILDING WHILE BURNING" is prominent at the top, followed by the subtitle "A PODCAST FOR SOLO FOUNDERS FIGHTING BURNOUT."
Having some fun with #Gemini and nano banana creating artwork for a podcast concept #AI #StartupTools
Had recurring nightmares last night spiders were crawling on me in my sleep
Happy Halloween!
Haven't had a chance to read up on #Claude Code skills yet.
Haven't tried #Codex, but have been using #Gemini CLI when I hit my Claude limits, which seems to be happening more & more frequently.
Downloaded both #Qwen Code & Gemini repos to see how far behind Qwen is as a forked version of Gemini
Drives me insane. Revoked the write tool expeditiously
I've been tackling this over the past 6 weeks or so as well. I've landed on a solution that's working well for now, but the whole system is constantly evolving. How are you approaching it so far?
A body at rest remains at rest unless acted upon by a highly stimulating force. --1st Law of #ADHD Demand Resistance
A body in hyperfocus remains in hyperfocus unless interrupted by a highly distracting force. --1st Law of #ADHD Inhibitory Deficit
I'm late, but this was too funny not to share 😂
What's the biggest time-suck you'd like to automate in your business?
For me it was morning context-switching, prospect chaos, and email overwhelm.
Built this system over 6 weeks. Happy to share what worked and what broke.

7. priority-coach agent → applies revenue-first framework to my weekly work capacity, protects me from scope creep & ADHD perfectionism
8. Client pattern intelligence → every lost deal = documented lesson. Failure becomes competitive intelligence.

5. /start-day command → reads pipeline + todos + git history → gives me TOP 3 revenue-focused actions with time estimates
6. prospect-qualification agent → analyzes leads against my ICP, flags bad fits automatically (green/yellow/red system)

3. Weekly AI Digest automation personalized for me and my business context.
4. Connect my "second brain" business repo to Google Workspace to analyze my emails, recognize patterns, strategized how organize my inbox, got me to Inbox 0 within hours

🧵 Favorite uses of AI for my business so far:
1. Using Claude Code to create & maintain a repo with ALL my business context.
2. Using slash commands and sub agents to batch context & automate actions.

Former counselor before I learned how to code.
6 years later I'm building & using AI tools daily, including running my consultancy through Claude Code.
I'd love to hear from others using AI to manage their business!
