Sorry about that, I was comparing the prices for what I was getting in Taiwan... I needed an MRI for a slipped disc in my neck. My X-Rays were about $15 for the whole back and neck there. But Mexico might be good too.

Very true if you have pain and live closer to Mexico... even worse if you're tall (I'm too tall). I am lucky to have minimal pain just a slipped disc pinched nerve causing vision loss, migraines, and ear ringing. It's a 7 hour flight vs 12, so that's something. I do prefer Asia, but Mexico is fine.

I looked into that and the trip to Mexico is cheaper, but the average cost is slightly higher. MRI in Taiwan was $170-250 and $200-500 in Mexico. I'm way more comfortable in Asia for many reasons. China is about $60, but my visa expired, lol. Anyway, Mexico is good for some.

I was doing much better on fediverse with about 1/50th the followers, but I started feeling lonely on these microblog websites, so I made a forum and it's cozier.
