i wanted to try my hand at redesigning him so dont expect much more of this from me Imao <3 - decided he should be an eel because his wire tentacle things + electric powers make more sense like this - he's now a hologram instead of a basic flat screen tv - pop up ads because he's flashy and annoying (amplified) - all the holograms are meant to make him look bigger than he actually is.

- she has the speech pattern of Lego Batman Movie + Eartha Kitt's Catwoman ("meow meow!" or purring every word) - she still has her whip i just wasn't sure how I wanted to include it... (maybe like 2004 The Batman? where her tail is the whip) -I imagine she moves and fights like Batman Arkham City's Catwoman - im not sure which origin story i wanna use for her - she's bisexual with a preference for fem presenting people! - i like the concept of her being one of Batman's exes - I also like polyrogues... so her being apart of Gotham City Sirens
