While that is technically correct, the point has been reached where, if they don’t exert their power to stop it, they have condoned it.

He tells the same stories over and over again. Nothing changes in the stories, but he tells them as though should matter to the American people. Perhaps they matter to someone out there but really, why would they? They are his stories that he tells to make himself feel better. None of it is true.
