It's really tough. I haven't seen them in over 5 years now and I don't think I'll recognise them the next time I do.

I can scream into the void here, so I will. My parents both have the fox news brainworms. My dad has been this way for a while, so that's not new. But my mom has finally succumbed. This is so devastating to me. The kindness and empathy I was raised to have is no longer with them.
