As you know, if you read my posts, I go on A LOT about music. Mostly my own. But I also encourage you - whatever you think about your own musical knowledge and ability - to pick up an instrument sometime and learn to play it. It doesn't matter how bad you are, even if you can only play one tune.

AI Didn't Break the Senior Engineer Pipeline. It Showed That One Never Existed. Most organizations never had a model for developing engineers. They had an environment that produced growth by accident. AI just made the luck run out.
