The design of MSIX has real consequences: by deprecating the MSRDC *MSI* installer in favor of the Windows App *MSIX*, we lose the ability to call msrdc.exe or load rdclientax.dll directly. The workaround is to copy the files to a temporary location, but then what's the point of MSIX?
