Pennsylvania needs to make hiring and retaining a quality state workforce easier. We also need to cut the red tape for local governments struggling to fill civil service positions. I am proud to sponsor + champion Governor Shapiro's Civil Service Modernization Act in the senate.
Proud to partner with Rep. David Madsen with companion bills to help workers fill critical vacancies across the state. Thank you Governor Shapiro for leading the way to help displaced federal workers.
