It was literally empty in there but yeah they switched over to tablet ordering. I get it for ayce places but this was just a normal restaurant. Felt weird.

I am sad. We went out to dinner and the place we went is one we had been to before. It’s been a couple years and the food was still amazing. However, AI music playing in the background kinda ruined the vibes. Also having to order from a tablet vs a person in a slow restaurant is weird.

Making lil swatch books for my pencils and markers. I already have a binder of swatches for my watercolors so I thought it would be nice to have a small quick reference for the other things. :)

and put in new screening. I've done enough of that on reptile tanks and replacing the screen on a sliding door. I like that we got that option so we can use that money elsewhere. I was thinking I might be able to use some of the scraps from the shed to make raised beds, which is awesome!

They also are sending money to replace the roof of our shed but it's pretty much in the state of needing to be demolished, so we diverted that to getting new gutters. We will demo it ourselves and just get a composite shed. Also they gave us money for new screens. I'm going to just reuse the frames,

Yesterday we got to pick our siding color, trim, roof, gutters, and shutters. It was so rad!

We settled on a lovely lighter muted green for the siding, which is the same tone as the yellow we have now. I'm so excited.
