I mean not that I could or even want to tell people what to think but Adventure being an experiment of early 3D gaming isn't comparable Frontiers being a graveyard of leftovers justified after the fact.
There's underdeveloped and then there's barely even having an idea for a game.

Even if you like it (there are things about it I like) you can't deny it's the product of a team spread exhaustively thin working backwards from limited resources that, I would argue, doesn't know what they're even trying to accomplish.

Assuming all goes well, I don't think people are prepared for how much the next Sonic game is going to put into perspective just what a sorry excuse for a game Frontiers is.
