Exactly, I’ve been drained ever since I finished training for my new job I got last year and health shit, and then it’s almost as if feeling too drained to spend time on others drains you even more because of either feeling bad about not doing so or being able to.

It definitely is a hard thing, it seems like it should be easy but it’s just not, sometimes it surprising the amount of energy it takes & having the time not just physically but mentally having the time.
