Pretty much what I suspected. I hope it works out. Having worked in this industry, it does crazy things. Trying to change it but forcing even a small number of your audience to risk spoilers in order to do so, I don't know, that doesn't sit right with me.

Wrong kind of urgency in my opinion. Mostly everything's fine except the spoiler issue. That's a big one.
nah, director abandoned our d&d game and I'll never forgive him for that...Never
I don't think having to wait two weeks until the online premiere is a good idea. One can only do so much to dodge spoilers.

I just learned about this. Deltarune I understand. It's still in development. Undertale? Yeah, it's been more than 10 years. You should probably get that officially translated asap
We need to meet up to talk about FF14 stuff asap

*he mentions it*
Is it really that, time, again?
It seems as if you only just arrived.
Okay, if Funko is dying, we really are in the end times.
They could have saved money just reusing older ads, esp for a holiday that's all about nostalgia!
Thank freakin' god
When you know the "free" Animal Crossing update is a ploy to continue adding stuff that'll stutter your Switch 1 until it gets bad enough you'll have to upgrade to a Switch 2

I think this is a good idea, but I honestly think most folk, even ones who say they'll tip, will not tip. I guess it's just the cynical side of me showing. Doesn't hurt to try it.

Not worth it. Still too expensive. Had a 3-day pass last year and was flat out told by studio attendants they couldn't "look" at my portfolio. Had to be picked ahead of time. They were just there to answer questions. Told to apply online. There might be something this year but I can't say for sure.

Other than that, animation itself was good. No notes.
Then Dave breaking the 4th wall and talking about the whole protagonist being serious and ominous. The one moment from the comics that actually took itself seriously. The actual first "oh snap" moment that would have hooked new viewers...and it's played for laughs -_-
Like I still feel changing that original quiet-deserted town moment with the title and sun, and turning it into a goofy moment with Jade still talking over the phone and music playing was a bad move. Like a really, REALLY bad move.
Even as someone who's read the comic, it's cool to see what they adapted, and with a series the proper time can be given to help build everything, but I don't know. As cool as sticking to the source material is, I feel like they gotta cut a lot more, and it has to be the right things!
Now that I've had time to think about it, the issue with the Homestuck pilot is that there's nothing really there to hook people new to HS. All this stuff is thrown at you and as weird as it all is, there's no emotional hook to any of the characters or world's design. It's kind of generic as it is.
