like under the law I mean. ESAs are only protected in housing and maybe flights(?) but Service animals (which can only legally be a dog or miniature pony) are protected most places. and even if they're a legitimate service animal they can be kicked out for being disruptive or gross like any patron

lrt not to mention that people who insist on bringing non service dogs everywhere make everything infinitely harder for actual service dogs

and emotional support animals are not service animals
