*for clarity sake, what we mean by no multiples, is that you can have one copy of the Avengers FCBD comic, but not more than one copy. So you can 4 different FCBD comics, but not 4 copies of the Spider-Man one.
If you are not a regular, you can have up to four FCBD comics for free (no multiples)*. After that, if you spend $4.00 in the store, you can then have as many more FCBD comics as you like (but again, no multiples).
