maybe its also because I dont really play with people but Splatoon 3 recently just feels super unfun due to the current meta from a casual standpoint. I queue up, take like 3 minutes to maybe find a match and then the match is all AOE hitbox weapons.

PS5 generation not really starting till like 2023 gaslit a bunch of people that it's normal for games to be backwards ported. Also, it is an expensive console, but imo you've known a switch 2 was gonna happen for a while, you can save up to buy one over time.

Trails SC remake needs to come out sooner then later so I can hear "Enforcer" get a remix with hopefully real instruments. Probably my favorite song from both first and second chapter.

finished Trails SC last night (peak fiction) would probably give it a 9/10 my only issue with it is some of the bosses are bullshit if you dont know ahead of time
Actually yeah Geoff hates jrpgs LMAO there are 2 actual rpgs in that category why tf is avowed and OW2 there over trails, digimon or like even ZA
game awards nominees are good (trails not even being mentioned for best rpg is dumb but niche franchise jrpg). My only other complaint is that E33 is not a indie game LMAO its a AA title it should not be in the best debut indie category or best indie.

I already own the original sky SC so will probably play that after Legends ZA. I will also say that Sky FC is probably my game of the year. It actually let me get past the honestly hard-to-get-past early game of trials to finally get into the series. Looking forward to playing the other 12 games.
I love almost beating a 40+ hour long rpg in a week (I have been binge playing trails FC remake and am now on the final sequence before the final dungeon)
