Shocked and very disappointed with the way old people are treated in shops.

Had 2 incidents today.

The way the ‘assistants’ treated my dad today was diabolical.

Emails have been sent.

I agree. I have presented both scenarios to leaders in the past “if you don’t do this, then this is likely to happen”.
I do find it satisfying to sit back and say “told you so”. But then I end up having to fix it (with their help) 😂

Ah yes, been there. Whilst we can offer our suggestions and recommendations, the client needs to provide their input to get the best possible results.

I don’t work on a Friday.

It’s been almost 12 months since I started my ‘no work Friday’. I spend every Friday with mum (80) & dad (95). We do their weekly shop, various appointments then have fun in an afternoon and always stop for hot chocolate.

Time is precious 😍
