Woke up fine today then suddenly during shower I get shivers and can’t get warm, hour later I’m feeling sick and can’t stomach food. Tried to be sick but nothing came. Ended up sleeping all afternoon. Woke up. Shivers gone. Nausea gone but now I just feel drained of energy. Hopefully a one off.
