Indeed, I had a running vest of and no sun protection, so I’m still suffering. One of my mates said to me beforehand, go out to fast and you’ll pay the price. I was okay till Mile 17 when I got to the Mile 20 marker I knew I was better off walking
The Newport Marathon, woefully undertrained so a 20 mile run followed by a 10km walk, but great fun nevertheless

[Brexit] was the greatest mistake this country has made since the war. I have no doubt about that at all. I mean, to turn our backs on our neighbours in that way, not just in terms of trade, but in terms of culture and everything was a ridiculous decision. Sir Michael Morpurgo, English author, poet, and playwright.
We can all agree with Sir Michael Morpurgo - Brexit was a grave mistake. It's time we fix the damage.
