Cried laughing reading this. Holding my sides in pain laughter. Immediately one of my favourite Onion pieces ever. A masterclass in tone, voicing the character of “A Horse” beyond perfectly.
Pretty much every politician I can think of relies on people not understanding this.
I have DDD zines again. Just a few. If anyone wants one hit me up. I don’t have stamps or envelopes handy so I’d need a few bucks to send it your way but hey it’s worth it this thing is great it’s like the instruction manual for the future’s greatest game.
Panel 1: I've got it! A brand-new game idea!
Panel 2: The main character has no goal... and can't tell allies from enemies...
Panel 3: Everything he does he gets wrong somehow... and there is no reset button.
Panel 4: I'll call it "My life!"

This week, Brexit finally killed our family business. We cleared out our warehouse, handed back the keys, paid the final bills and said goodbye to our last employee.

Unlocked! I play the original dot-eater, Sega/Gremlin's Head On by going to some lengths to play Sega Ages 2500 Vol. 23. And I learn that there's a pioneer of video games that we don't talk about enough: Lane Hauck.

I can't believe the "New Yorker" REJECTED this cartoon!
From article: The Crown corporation plans to transform its business model to “meet the evolving needs of Canadians without becoming a recurring burden on taxpayers.”
As a taxpayer: IT IS NOT A BURDEN IT IS A PUBLIC SERVICE AND I DON'T CARE WHAT IT COSTS

Developed his first computer game in 1966, named the Internet, got a payday from the US Olympic Committee, made an unlicensed NES game with his preteen child, wrote Word spellcheck, and invented The Sims.
And at least some of those are even true:
I guess boycotting Harry Potter feels pretty trivial to me, because I'm an adult. if someone told me I shouldn't eat Gerber's baby food, I'd be like, that is no problem. I'm way ahead of you
