My cat, Hobbes, an orange striped cat sits in a mint green basket of dirty laundry. He is missing his left eye from an unfortunate incident as a stray kitten prior to his rescue.

Not my cat, an orange striped cat that visits the yard and deck and makes me think Hobbes found an escape hole when I’m out. Runs off before I get too close. Presumably belongs to the neighbors or is just a vagrant.

This is my cat, Hobbes, a senior one-eyed miscreant. And not my cat, but frequently is in my yard making me think Hobbes escaped while I was out.

A mixed media art piece. Various shades of blue and purple for the base layer. Overtop is a silvery gray decorative napkin featuring bluebirds amid white flowers. Two birds are in flight, two are sitting alone on branches, and a grouping of three more are sitting together. A second set of birds was added with pop up 3D foam tape for dimension. Over pre-printed flowers, white paper flowers in two sizes were added with a yellow acrylic crystal in the center of each giving the look of a flowering tree. Three butterfly stickers under acrylic domes were added among the flowers.

Collage using a decorative napkin decoupaged on a canvas colored with gelatos. Cut birds from remaining napkin piece, adhered to card-stock and attached with 3D foam tape. Glued acrylic crystals onto precut flowers and glued to branches. Dimensional acrylic butterfly stickers #decoupage #napkinart
