I’m sorry, Erin!

It’s beautiful!
Always
It is so soft that I almost couldn’t feel it!
Thanks, Erin! It is one of my favorites I’ve ever processed. 💜
Today, I carded my portion of Gwen, a Corriedale (with a little bit of merino) fleece from @shepherdessofbs.bsky.social, which @pacific-coaster.bsky.social shared with me last year. I can’t wait to spin it!
Rose’s stuff is so good. She once had a colorway called fish bowl with multiple shades of blue and little pops of orange. It was so fun to spin!
Aww! Thank you, Melody! I’m so glad that we are friends. 💜
Thank you, June! 💜
Thank you!
Thank you, June! I made it for my best friend here and I hope she will love it. 💜
I finished testing the Carthen shawl for @foxandfolk.bsky.social out of my handspun Corriedale from @shepherdessofbs.bsky.social (the MC is “the Big Lady” that I processed from raw and the CC was dark brown roving). It is one of my favorite things I’ve ever made.
Mmm, lattes. H requested curry rice for dinner tonight!
Crepes and homemade strawberry jam for breakfast today. 🍓
So today I finished these Akara Rose Falkland singles that remind me of the coast, baked a pumpkin pie, and spent way too long searching for my missing AirPods case, which I only seem to lose on days I haven’t even left the house. 🙄 This time: apron pocket.
I prefer thicker roving that I can pre draft when I’m ready to spin it.
😍
Andrea!!! Yay! I can but I like propping it on her and she doesn’t care—she just goes to sleep. 😆 I switch back and forth with my drop spindles anyway.
They are a good batch! They’re H’s favorite. 💜
I made orange caramel rolls from a book I like and my kids, who are supposed to be sleeping, are still awake, so I told them to come downstairs and eat one with me. Breakfast is too far away and they are so good fresh out of the oven.
Thank you!
Fleeces, spindles, and face products for me. 🤦🏻♀️
Spinning is so fun! Highly recommend. 🙌
Thanks, Norah! I’m catching up with my sweater this week. 🩵
She ignores everything fiber related except for whatever I’m currently spinning, when I forget to put it away; she loves to steal the small amount of fiber that’s attached to my spindle or wheel and shred it. If it’s a full braid, she leaves it alone. 😑
I am not great with change but Melody said June is only here now so here I am. Sometimes I feel like a game in which my motivation level gets unlocked. 😆
Unperturbed. 🤷🏻♀️

I’ve been trying to practice support spindling with my new-to-me @spanishpeacock.bsky.social and Enid Ashcroft spindles but this spot in my lap belongs to my cat, who refuses to move, so I’ve been balancing my spindle bowl on her butt. She’s surprisingly indifferent.
I am attempting to ward off my existential dread by testing a few patterns for @foxandfolk.bsky.social using mostly my own handspun from @shepherdessofbs.bsky.social’s flock. It’s helping.
