Reading a book in Russian again after a year of taking a break to read English novels is humbling. Especially since I've been feeling very good about my spoken Russian recently. I have a loooooong way to go still, but this is how it goes when learning a language.

New snake plant unlocked. Trying to replace some of my tropicals that have died over the last couple years due to my neglect with hardier plants. It’s especially important since I like traveling for weeks at a time. I won’t have to worry about this one.
