I started with REAPER on Proton+WineASIO because I didn't want to abandon my old plugins, but issues kept piling up.
Got annoyed, so I switched and rebuilt.
There is one song I want to finish on there, but that's it. 90% of my Windows VSTs were dead weight anyway. lol
I know nobody cares, but I spent so much time on these drums and I felt like sharing my insanity with the world.
Couldn't be fucked to get Kontakt to run under compatibility layers, and Win VSTs behaved unpredictably under Wine/Proton, so I moved my entire audio workflow to be fully Linux native.

You have to remember that a lot of these people always had very poor models of reality.
If your model tells you that chemical means toxin, or that evolution is when chimps turn into men, then you are bound to have your brain busted by nonsense. It feels intuitive when you don't know anything.
