somehow, some way, this will be OneDrive's fault
too many of you are talking about Pragmata, when you should be talking about Stigmata, the physical reminder of the suffering Christ our Savior endured to absolve us of our sins
Yeah! Criticism is also context, and a film like Michael is an open attempt at removing context. It is not just a movie in a studio slate! It is a concerted effort from interested parties!
A complaint I keep seeing (mostly in the Bad Place) is that critics should be reviewing MICHAEL for what it is, rather than what they think it ought to be. But sometimes critics have a moral obligation to reject the terms a movie sets for itself, or at the very least to interrogate those terms.
see if you can find someone on bluesky posting the same shot from their plane and become sky buddies
Happens a lot on airport approaches (probably unsurprisingly, since that's where flights converge).
I'm glad it's just concussion protocol and not like, a broken jaw at least

These fishermen are lucky to be alive. We will probably never know how many of the ~180 people killed in similar US attacks were also just fishermen.

Erasing Leaving Neverland and _also_ scrubbing the related allegations from the biopic— those two moves by the estate are inseparable from one another, and part of what makes this film a despicable project
really great essay, worth reading in conjunction with any Michael coverage
Blazers' lack of fan T-shirts invites questions
my lack of fan T-shirts has people asking a lot of questions that aren't already being answered by my fan T-shirts

found one more shot: the terminus, or at least, the part where they leave the building (I half-expected to find Jenova from FF7 at the end)
One of my favorite things about my job is spending so much time on rooftops and hanging off buildings, and seeing so much of NYC from that rare vantage. Another favorite thing is spending so much time underground, in tunnels and chases and basements, and seeing all the hidden infrastructure therein.
(haven't shared them on Bluesky, that is)
Those cable bundles run the length of a full city north-south block.
seeing an article on the MTA substation infrastructure on here reminded me that I don't think I've shared my photos of one of Verizon's basement substations we did some work in once (I took the photos with a low-light sensor—it was nearly pitch black in there)
he's doing it for the first time *this* time? but has he *heard* about the *handkerchiefs* they have planned for him?
By golly, it's David Robinson and Tim Duncan!

Honored to see my article mentioned by @lainenooney.bsky.social on GDC's "What's New in Game History: 2026" panel!❤️

Fun to see @riquesampaio.com.br there too :D
on the 50th anniversary of the release of The Boys Are Back in Town I'm morally obligated to share my favorite story of all time
