I gained 5 lbs. going on, took it off rapidly after tapering. But that's the only side effect I experienced, AFAIK.

Oh, I know. I know. Even being near somebody who has cats causes a reaction (suffering from one this morning due to a Passover seder seating situation last night).

I am thankfully not allergic to my pet chickens.

My extreme allergies respectfully disagree.

WCN26-2413 SYNERGISTIC EFFECTS OF TRF-BUDESONID AND SPARSENTAN IN IGA-NEPHROPATHY Sparsentan has emerged as a promising therapeutic option for IgA nephropathy (IgAN) while Targeted-release formulation (Trf-) Budesonid is an established treatment for patients with persistent protein...

This is not at all surprising, and it lends support for other combination therapies that have different mechanisms of action and targets. www.kireports.org/article/S246...

However it's labeled, it's good stuff and should be available everywhere as an option in the arsenal. Huge fan of my experience on it.

It has a built-in fan, you'd love it.

Aren't they the same thing? I guess it depends what type of enteric coating is on it.

My personal experience is that sibe prevented AKI during my February COVID infection. eGFR has remained stable, UPCR is now at 0.087 g/g with combination therapy. I think the future is going after Hit 1 (0? -1?) to really lock in eGFR slope and halt progression and insurers are starting to get it.

Cat allergies got me again. I wish there were a way to scratch inside of my sinuses.

Multi-omics analyses reveal the pathogenic role of terminal ileum-derived IgA+β7+ cells in IgA nephropathy Galactose-deficient IgA1 (Gd-IgA1) plays a key role in IgA nephropathy (IgAN), but the location of the plasma cells responsible for its production remain unknown.

I thought I'd personally experience this with sibeprenlimab but shockingly the insurance company approved it right away.
