Since we keep getting questions about this, the composer/creator of Monochrome is a pedophile. That's why it is not going to be included going forward.
With this new info, we ask that you keep your priorities in order. People have gotten hurt. An FNF Mod should not be your first concern.
But, we'd like to confirm Loathed will *not* be present in BEB: Streamlined. As with Monochrome for similar reasons.
This decision is final.
