i never thought about it when i was a KAM but we ordered soooo much from Sysco. like we served some good stuff, but did work really hard on recipes and cooking well to get us to be successful.

i saw a thing that was like so much of our food distribution is homogenized between only a few companies now and they charge more with less competition but can also can cheapen out on quality because that’s how it works now.
