I would never comment on a fic to say "I wish this were a drawing, where's the fanart version", so I don't really understand people who comment "WHERE'S THE FIC?????" on art and nothing else. It's in your head, where it belongs after you've parsed the visual story I just told

the reason I don't tag who tops/bottoms in a fic is not bc I think it's wrong to have preferences or tag for it, but bc I learned years ago that the people who act super entitled & obnoxious about it are annoyed by this, so it's an efficient way of communicating "you're not my target audience."
