My OCs Lady and Major (an anthro cat with cigarette hanging from mouth) are looking for Ophelia when Lady spots her on the roof. “The hell is this goth b-“ Major asks, Lady responds “Isn’t that her up there?” Major spots her too as Ophelia shoots him a middle finger. Angered, he shouts “MOTHER FUCKER! Stop pointing and catch er!” Lady prepares to make a big leap up to the roof with Oph looking on in disbelief. “No fucking way” she thinks.
Yes way! Lady jumps, far surpassing the roof. Ophelia can only stare up at her, realizing her precarious position. “Oh my fucking god” she thinks.
Lady lands like a superhero, stirring up dust clouds around her. “Don’t. Run.” She says emphatically. Ophelia surrenders with both hands up.
Cut to Lady meeting back with Major, Ophelia slung over her shoulder like a wet sack. “Yeesh, dunno if this job is worth the trouble” Major comments. Ophelia argues, “Sorry was I supposed to make it easy for you to kidnap me?” To which Major snaps back “We’re protecting you! Brat” “Asshole” Ophelia responds. The end! For now…

in nightmare kart the narration text between each level was originally planned on being voiced, but we ended up cutting it for time / resource reasons. because of that, streamers started reading the text aloud in their own voice that they felt best fit the vibe. it was beautiful. theres no excuse.
