I started just placing mine on Sebastian while offering a treat the first few times. That seemed to help him be used to it, especially since I’d do it at bedtime treats time. I was able to get the harness on him after a few days (intermittent) of chill acclimation.

I mean for small things it sometimes is “no you have to go outside and move your body around for a bit” but your situation is not small at all 💜
