Hallelujah! How about you, Delta and American and Southwest????
The defects in the Alport GBM allow plasma proteins to penetrate and become lodged or integrated, and they may interact with cellular receptors. Our data suggest that some of the mesangial matrix proteins in healthy mice come from the blood as well.
Glomerular basement membrane (GBM) structural integrity dictates trans-tissu... www.sciencedirect.com/science/arti... Really proud of this Cell Reports paper showing that the potentially pathogenic laminin alpha2 in the Alport GBM comes not from glomerular cells, but from the bloodstream.

This reminds me of early days of email & listservs & out of office autoreplies. Someone on a listserv would have auto replies turned on but no limit of once per address. This caused an endless loop of autoreplies to the listserv, received by all. People replied "take me off" & the cycle continued.
