Possibly better than taking 150mg of Losartan when I'm meant to take 50mg each morning. I'm currently on 4 kinds of prescribed meds for my herniated disc/trapped nerve pain, one of which is three tablets per dose and one for BP. I'd rattle if I jumped, but I can't cos of the disc/nerve 😂

Apparently I'm settling into my 80s and buying myself one of these because some idiot (me) woke up this morning and took 3 of my BP tablets instead of 3 of one of my nerve pain tablets and I'm now on the watch for hypotension 🙄🤦‍♂️

So very full of homemade curries and chocolate fondant pudding. Both involved sour cream, and I might hibernate now.
