My fursona Furcifer (demon monkey) sitting on a pile of pillows with his knees to his chest and a book sitting on his lap. He is wearing an oodie and his feet and tail are sticking out.

Been sick the past week and a half so i was just chillin in my oodie and reading a book (specifically Gideon the Ninth)

Personally I would say go for more loose styles (think cargo, carpenter jeans and baggy jeans) they normally have more room in the hips while still giving that more masculine silhouette. other than that i would say invest in a good belt, it's how I keep all my mens jeans up.

It's a bit of a stretch but look up the horse sculptures that Margaret Wozniak has created. They are very stylized but I think referencing them would really help in achieving what you want!

From what I could find the monkeys in the art were barbary macaques which were quite a common pet in the time period. They were seen as tricksters and little trouble makers which is why I called him Furcifer, which is the Latin word for scoundrel/ rascal.
