Is common courtesy dead? It’s not a reflection on that generation - they are awesome to each other - but it must be something that society thinks is OK because they’re young. Rant over.

Increasingly annoyed at the way employers treat young people. Following an interview, literally nothing, not even a “thanks for coming but we picked someone else”. The best my 19yo has had was an email from head office after an interview, saying, “thanks for applying but the post is now filled”
