Jules Feiffer, Pulitzer Prize-winning cartoonist and writer, dies at 95 Pulitzer Prize-winning cartoonist and writer Jules Feiffer has died. He was 95 and had published his last book just four months ago.

I was lucky enough to work with Jules Feiffer on three of his children’s books: I Lost My Bear (1999), The Odious Ogre (2010), and Amazing Grapes (2024). He was brilliant, hilarious, acerbic, and wonderful. RIP Jules.
