This also applies to the U.S. blockade of the Strait of Hormuz.

Politics aside. It’s really bad that Iran, or any country for that matter, can dictate who can or can’t use international waters. It’s one of the worst outcomes of this war, second only to the U.S. and Israel killing hundreds or thousands of children.
Y’all. I think Trump spent yesterday lying the Iran war. I know that’s shocking, unexpected news, and I’m sorry I’m the one who had to deliver it.
For the millionth time, the U.S. has learned that it is much easier to start a war than end one. Or maybe the issue is that we’ve never learned despite all the opportunities the world keeps providing.
Listen up: I am one of those rare sex assault victims who actually took the guy who did it to court. It was a local scandal that put my initials on the front page of the local paper (not my whole name because I was a minor).
You have no idea what happens to women on the stand or in the press.
The investigation comes after CNN reported a former staffer accused Swalwell of sexually assaulting her in 2024, though Swalwell has denied the woman’s account.
Not once in this story does @politico.com mention that US factories employ ~89,000 fewer employees than a year ago.

For those folks who swear they want a meritocracy. Excusing the VP being there given he’s an elected official. Can you say with a straight face we sent the best available people to negotiate with Iran?
Context: Iran negotiates, agrees to nuclear pact. Trump and Bibi tear it up. Iran negotiates. Trump and Bibi bomb them during negotiations. Iran negotiates again. Trump and Bibi bomb them again. If you were Iran, what would you be thinking now? Give up your primary leverage?
The Israeli military has suspended a battalion of reservists from active duty in the occupied West Bank after soldiers there detained a team of CNN journalists and one of the soldiers said on camera that the troops were carrying out “revenge” against Palestinians.
Yet never has so much been seen, so precisely, by so many people who understand so little of what they are seeing. A system can tell you where a man is. It cannot tell you what his death will mean for a nation. Such systems are trained on behavior, not on meaning — they can track what an adversary does but not what he fears, honors, remembers or would die for.
I genuinely think the president and many of his advisers, scammers, hustlers, and keyboard gangsters, don’t understand this concept at all and you can see it in the pattern of their mistakes from Minneapolis to Tehran www.nytimes.com/2026/03/29/o...
Last year, they cut healthcare funding for millions more f everyday Americans to pay for tax cuts that disproportionately benefit the wealthy. Now the GOP is considering cutting healthcare even deeper to pay for our attack on Iran.
The world was so much better when Trump officials were deflecting by yelling that the Dow was at 50,000 (Narrator: It no longer is) instead of asking the American public to cough up $200 billion for a war we did not want.
You know what would have likely prevented this ghoulish attack? A woke mindset that considered the lives of everyday Iranians equal to ours. Instead, the anti-woke Trump administration got rid those there specifically to do such woke work. And 175 people are dead because of it.
Gas prices are spiking. We are losing jobs. We’ve had to loosen sanctions on Russia because of the downwind effects of our unprovoked attack on Iran. Russia is helping Iran with intel. Our unprovoked attack on Iran might convince China to attack Taiwan. Wonderful times, y’all.
We began an unprovoked attack on Iran by killing several dozen Iranian little girls. That’s who we are and will forever will be. And many of us don’t even care. But imagine that happening in reverse to us or Israel and what the world reaction would have been - or our reaction.
Also, some of us are old enough to remember “Shock and Awe” and when the Saddam statue was pulled down.
How long will it take for Trump fans to declare, actually, they wanted the U.S. to go to war in the Middle East one more time despite all that noise about voting for Trump because he was the anti-war candidate? They’ve changed every other belief to fit Trump’s every act and utterance. Why not this?
France’s Macron says Iran needs to enter good faith negotiations. What the fuck is he talking about?! Iran agreed to a peaceful nuclear pact with Obama and adhered to it. Trump and Bibi tore it up and invaded them anyway. What does good faith mean?
Stop the War on Iran! Emergency Rally Saturday, Feb 28, 2026, 1pm Park Street Station, Boston
To all the mainstream media members and centrist and “objective” commentators who helped sell the lie that Trump brought peace to the Middle East last year, please don’t say anything today. We don’t want to hear from you.
Weren’t we told the bombs we dropped on Iran just months ago solved the nuclear weapons problem for several years?
Trump and his supporters are actively trying to find ways to take over the midterm elections. This is what happens when you put back in power the people who led and inspired a violent insurrection attempt.
It is insane that the U.S. ambassador to Israel casually says it would be cool if Israel took over most of the Middle East essentially because he thinks the Bible tells him so.
A congressman compared Muslims to dogs, saying he preferred the latter. Was there any real admonishment from any of his colleagues?
Elon is brilliant after all. He’s given a nearly perfect definition of white supremacy. None of that out of many one crap. None of that human equality nonsense. Just straight white culture is the greatest and must dominate. This is coming from someone who moved here. He’s saying it loud and proud.
“economic angst”
Biden and Democrats helped make a Ford electric vehicle factory possible in Kentucky that would have employed 5,000 people. Ford mothballed the plant shortly after Trump rescinded the Biden EV subsidies. But the residents don’t blame Trump.
How could anyone look at that Bondi hearing and believe the Trump administration really prioritizes merit, choosing the best person for the job?
