Honestly I was very surprised when they contacted me for doing a collab and it feels a bit surreal, but that reminded me how important IG still is. I need to up my game but I will do that on my terms and not what IG wants me to do.
I got contacted by a manufacturer via IG and I first thought it was a scam - as everything, you know. So far it's going really good, let's see if I get the things I ordered. If the support is real and really that good I have an alternative to vograce, so.
I should be working on my last homework for my degree in concept art, but I am making a memory page of the art department in my travelers notebook instead. well

Went to the Art Department in Eindhoven and as much as it’s giving me inspiration and good insights, it’s making me depressive. 🫠 so I will be drawing more but I will do it a bit different! No Pinterest refs, only like trueref or other sources and using my books and magazines I own!

I did learn a lot about myself, my workflow and the power of making your own references while working on the card game for my semester project. I am proud of our work! If we really need to make a digital version of the game, I will let you know!

I went and bought stuf today for making small boxes for my card game. They are wonky, but I had a lot of fun.

I know there are a lot of artist alley people here, can I ask you something? When you table at a game cons, what would you do differently? I think it'll be wise to do some fanart to lure people in but the audience is another one as at manga and anime cons for example! Help and tips would be lovely.
