Since 2019, we’ve utilized a structured coaching program to support our leaders. A coach shouldn't just instill skills but pull out what you already know, reveal blind spots, and help turn intention into action.

Paolo emphasizes working in six-to-eight-month cycles. He sets a few clear objectives, does the work, measures the results, and then resets. This cadence prevents stagnation and keeps the focus on real progress.
