I love that sign! I used to walk past it every day on my way into work. It always made me smile. It’s wonderful.

I get to vote in a marginal as it was the last place I lived in the UK. Voted Labour in the last election. If they want me to vote for them again (which is incredibly unlikely, all things considered) they need to do a lot better than ‘we are marginally less awful than the Tories and the fascists’.
I’m sure it will work itself in time. When I feel like that I try and mix things up and try and do things that are fun (which is of course relative!). Signing up for a race can also help, as long as it’s not too soon and too daft!
After UTMB this year, that’s not surprising. Huge goal and epic achievement. It will take some time to get back to normality (whatever that is!) after that. Just let it be and see what happens. Maybe sometimes just get out the door and see what happens - motivation follows action and all that.
