My personal reaction would be "What the f*ck is that?" as I've never heard a tornado siren and would like to keep it that way.
But do I have a tornado plan? Yes. It's the same as the fire plan: Die while looking for the cats.
For reasons I'm not entirely clear on, we've been watching tornado documentaries of late.
