Maybe try to include "absorbency channels" like some baby diaps have. Seperate, smaller tubes or pockets of sap. Helps keep it inplace somewhat I think. :]

I looked into it, and it really does just come down to you either need 1: a windows compatibility layer, or 2: to get used to an alternative. I highly recommend Krita- it's what I use to do just about everything.
