but what about an input state machine? like could i make a global signal of like pressed up and it would sort itself out via that? having everything just as the input sounds kind of difficult to manage
can someone tell me why i cant figure out a singular input system in #godot
i dont want to put the Input. line every single time, i want to allow changing inputs n such and it feels odd it seems so hard to add

started a #godot project because of an idea at new years and it felt fine at the time, why is godot so hard to use...
kinda hate that as an artist i have like 5 or so years to gain a following / portfolio and after that discovery might just be dead because of ai,

basically a "hey this is like a free smaller game you can play if you cant pay for the main one," bcs i at least know the feeling of not having money to buy a game or a version of it
i feel like people could take it the wrong way if the demo is jist a different game with the same idea but i also dont want to spoil the real one before you get to it
I should probably just make the alle demo first and ship it off with like intentionally impossible puzzles to see what people do to get answers so i can avoid them in the actual gameγ
but a beach episode as the pilot also sounds very funny
