Yes I think so. He is now at 7.8 and the difference is 7.8-7.2=0.6 giving you a .3 sell bonus (divided by 2). If he drops the difference is 7.7-7.2=0.5 and when divided by 2 it is floored from 0.25 to 0.2 giving you a selling price of 7.4.
