Cutting a book feels like a crime, but I got rid of the water damaged parts so it won’t mold. I can probably use this copy now to cut out my favorite passages and illustrations for journaling before I throw it out

Never taking a book near water ever again. Water damage is so bad the back cover is ripping off. I have to buy a new copy and toss this one now 😭😭

And its disheartening to be ghosted or getting rejections constantly without even getting interviews

I’m glad I still have my parents around but the “what ifs” scenarios of what would happen if I was jobless and not having a place to stay is terrifying

YEAH it’s a tough balance for sure!! It just sucks that it takes over an hour to see friends and go to work on other parts of the city 😭😭 but rent is def priority

Most cars I’m seeing are 25-50k so it’ll probably depend on how much you put down and how many years you take to pay it off (also if its used vs new)

I just googled the average in the city, not sure what they used to get those numbers tbh. I guess it depends how much people put down for the car when purchasing and how high insurances are?

Ironically I think my biggest issue is I’m used to video games where you have a 3d or bird view of the car, not first person. So like knowing where car starts/ends, how late or early to turn is my biggest issue rn

Did practice driving in a parking lot for the first time today, it was so stressful 😭😭 I turn too large / have difficulty staying in line… but I did park within the lines!!
